Manufacture Alabama, in partnership with Jacobs Engineering, will provide an overview of ADEM’s proposed revisions to its Water Quality Program regulations, including new toxicity values that will drive significantly lower water quality criteria and more stringent NPDES and SID permit limits. This webinar will focus on how the proposed changes may affect Alabama manufacturing facilities—potential feasibility issues, operational impacts, and anticipated capital needs for additional treatment. We will also cover key dates in the rule-making process, including the January 12, 2026 comment deadline and public hearing, and outline how your company can most effectively submit comments to ADEM and the Alabama Environmental Management Commission.
