Safety, Health and HR Conference

Description

This event has been rescheduled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We have rescheduled for October 28 & 29. 

If you have already made reservations at the hotel using the booking code, your reservation will automatically move to the new dates. If you need to cancel for any reason, please call Perdido Beach Resort directly and they will assist you with moving the dates. 

If you have already registered for the conference as an attendee, sponsor or exhibitor you will not need to register again. If for any reason you need to cancel your registration or sponsorship, contact Amanda Salazar by email amanda@manufacturealabama.org

Who Should Attend? This program is designed to benefit plant managers, safety, health and HR managers, other individuals with safety, health or HR planning responsibilities and consultants who assist their clients with safety, health or HR matters.

Hotel Information: Make reservations call (800) 634-8001. The Hotel rate at Perdido Beach Resort, Orange Beach, AL. You must call the hotel directly if staying outside of the conference dates. Use the code 15792 when making reservations or click here.


Registration Information: Registration fee for MA members is $250 per person. There is a charge of $125 for spouses. Non-member fee is $350 per person for the entire conference.

Registration for attendees is open now. 

Dress Meeting is business casual including dinner.

Sponsorship Opportunity:Sponsorship includes Signage and recognition during the conference. Deadline for sponsorship opportunities is October 10.

Exhibit Opportunity: Benefit your networking opportunities with MA members by exhibiting during the Safety/Health/HR Conference. Space is limited to the first 25 booths.Exhibit fee is $550 for members and $850 for non-members. The registration fee includes an 8x8 booth, registration for two attendees in the seminar and all meals. Each additional exhibitor is $175 per person. Exhibit booths will be assigned on a first come basis. Once registered, the Manufacture Alabama staff will contact you regarding booth assignment and Perdido Beach will contact you regarding your exhibitor needs.

Exhibitors will need to set up October 27 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
